Gunwharf Quays Marina

Portsmouth Marinas, Gunwharf Quays

Gunwharf Quays has a small number of moorings available at its prime position just south of the Portsmouth Harbour Station railway jetty, you can't really miss it, at the base of the Spinnaker Tower. Toilets, showers and washing facilities are available.

Gunwharf Marina can accommodate vessels up to 80 metres in length, with a maximum depth of 5.5m. Located at the mouth of Portsmouth Harbour the marina has fast access to The Solent.

Haslar Marina

Marinas in Portsmouth

Haslar Marina is located close to the mouth of Portsmouth Harbour on the Gosport side. The marina has berths for up to 620 boats with all the usual facilities such as showers and toilets. The approach to the marina is clearly marked by the green converted light vessel Mary Mouse II, this has been converted and serves as the marinas hub, housing a bistro, bar, meeting rooms, laundry and washroom facilities.

Haslar Marina has two on site restaurants to choose from Trinity's is the onshore restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, call 02392 601200 to book a table. Alternatively Trinity's at the Lightship, open during the summer, is open for lunch and dinner, call 02392 503387 to book.

Northney Marina

Solent Marinas

Located on the north shore of Hayling Island is Northney Marina. Although situated in Chichester Harbour, Northney is just 8.5 miles from Portsmouth, where you can visit the Historic Ships Collection at Portsmouth's Dockyard. Northney Marina has 228 berths, showers toilets, disabled facilities, launderette, and a sunny terrace area featuring the Salt Shack Cafe.

Northney has a boatyard for repairs and maintenance work with access provided by a 35 ton crane or via slipway with an access pontoon. There is a car park and trailer storage, yacht brokerage and other marine trades are on site, diesel is available.

Port Solent Marina

Port Solent Marina is located at the top of Portsmouth Harbour, it houses a large number of berths and is in the centre of the Port Solent Shopping development, which boasts extensive shopping, marina side housing, David Lloyd Health Club, multiplex cinema and a large range of bars and restaurants.

Port Solent Marina facilities include toilets and showers, pump out, 24 hour security, electricity, fuel, launderette, car parking, water and wi-fi.

Southsea Marina

Portsmouth Marinas

Southsea Marina is located close to the mouth of Langstone Harbour, entrance to the marina is through an automatic cill gate between HW-3hrs and HW+3hrs. The marina is approached along a dredged channel extending from close north of the Eastney ferry pontoon through Eastney Lake to the reception pontoon.

Vessels drawing over 1.2 metres should exercise special care when navigating the marina channel at low water.

Trafalgar Wharf

The former Vosper Thorneycroft shipyard at Portchester, Trafalgar Wharf, is a 22 acre marina now home to more than 20 businesses and hundreds of boat owners. The Drystack, located at Trafalgar Wharf, is a huge undercover facility where motorboats and RIBS are stacked on a specialised framework. Boats can be lifted and launched in a matter of minutes for owners. It saves time, maintenance costs and helps keep boats in top condition.

Wicormarine Yacht Haven

Wicormarine Yacht Haven is a convenient, cost effective, traditional style marina, located at the top of Portsmouth harbour. The marina has deepwater pontoon moorings allowing access at any state of tide and boasts excellent boat storage and onshore facilities, the pontoons are suitable for yachts with LOA up to 45 feet (13.7m) with a draft up to 7 feet (2.13m).
Also at Wicormarine is the Salt Cafe the coffee shop that serves breakfast and brunch, The Paddle Club where you can hire stand up paddle boards and kayaks and The Shop Next Door a boutique gift shop selling home ware, jewellery, cards and much more.
